Customer Service
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first contact with customers and are expected to provide exceptional service with an enthusiastic attitude and help customers through the ordering process.

Get Paid to Talk!
CSRs are paid an hourly base pay of $17.00 and can gain valuable experience in order taking, in‑store duties, and the pizza delivery business.

Great Hours!
Work primarily on weekends and evenings. This is an after‑school, second, summer, or part‑time position with flexible schedules.

Opportunities!
Excellent chance to learn the in‑store side of the business and advance into management through Domino’s Management Development Program. Many General Managers started as drivers or CSRs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders and questions
• Handle phone calls, input orders, and respond to inquiries
• Perform in‑store duties such as stocking, cleaning, and preparing ingredients
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Work in a fast‑paced team environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high‑ paced environment
• Ability to multitask and respond to customer concerns

Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching are necessary for a temporary & portion of the day. Various tasks may require lifting up to 50 pounds and reaching above 72 inches.
