Job Description
As a project monitor you will be responsible for collecting air samples and ensuring that the contractor is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Core Responsibilities- Perform air sampling and project monitoring before, during and after abatement in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations.
- Project oversight for inspection and abatement work.
- Document daily work performance in LOG book.
- Other environmental duties as needed.
- NYS DOL Asbestos Air Sampling Technician and Project Monitor License
- High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 30-hour Construction Safety & Health
- Ability to travel at least 30 miles
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

- Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 hourly rate. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
