Job Description

As a project monitor you will be responsible for collecting air samples and ensuring that the contractor is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. • Perform air sampling and project monitoring before, during and after abatement in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations.
• Project oversight for inspection and abatement work.
• Document daily work performance in LOG book.
• Other environmental duties as needed.

• NYS DOL Asbestos Air Sampling Technician and Project Monitor License
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 30-hour Construction Safety & Health
• Ability to travel at least 30 miles
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 hourly rate. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
