Blackstone Perpetual Finance BXPE US – Finance – Associate

• Responsible for day-to-day activities related to the accounting and reporting of an open-ended private equity fund administered internally.
• Partner with others across the firm to process NAV monthly.
• Work directly with internal and external teams on projects including validating corporate level activity, monthly subscription activity, promote calculations, management fee calculations, NAV allocations, liquidity forecasting, and corporate G&A.
• Manage day-to-day activities of offshore team.
• Assist with the review of the 10‑Q, 10‑K, and other recurring SEC filings.
• Responsible for quarterly close of BX deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Assist with ad‑hoc analysis and projects.

• BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA license is preferred.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience with public companies, open-ended funds, the private equity industry, and/or retail funds is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented, strong work ethic, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to excellence in work product and desire to learn and grow as a professional.

Expected annual base salary range: $105,000 - $150,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
