Product Specialist – Private Wealth (Credit)

A Product Specialist in Private Wealth focuses on Blackstone’s Credit strategies and products, providing investment detail to client stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, from fundraising through investment and return‑of‑capital. The role involves direct coverage of relevant strategies and supporting sales initiatives across global channels.

• Assist in answering client and sales team inquiries about Blackstone’s products, market views, and other related topics.
• Analyze the competitive landscape through review of peers’ filing documents and presentations, distilling key qualitative and quantitative takeaways.
• Ensure compliance with Blackstone’s Legal & Compliance infrastructure for client‑facing work.
• Collaborate with other Private Wealth business functions—Marketing, Sales, Investor Services, Finance, etc.—to support product initiatives.
• Enhance capital markets acumen to contextualize Blackstone’s offerings in diversified investment portfolios.
• Identify areas for improvement in current processes to increase efficiency of information sharing, communication with sales, and global coordination.

• 3+ years of experience within Investment Banking, Investment Sales, or Asset Management.
• Series7 and 63 license or ability to obtain within one year; CFA/CAIA a plus.
• Working knowledge of the alternatives industry competitive landscape and eagerness to learn more.
• Experience with credit markets and investing from a wealth perspective (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to distill complex investment topics for end‑users.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Microsoft Office, Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg.

Expected annual base salary range: $130,000 – $175,000 (attractively determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and location). Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses and equity incentives at Blackstone’s discretion.
