Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a rewarding travel opportunity for an Travel Sterile Processing Technician in Bethpage, NY. This assignment consists of five 7.5-hour night shifts per week, totaling 37.5 hours paying $1,500 weekly.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Sterile Processing Technician:
Clean, decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
Operate sterilizers, washers, and other processing equipment according to established protocols
Maintain accurate records of sterilization loads, biological indicators, and equipment maintenance
Distribute sterile instruments and supplies to operating rooms and other clinical departments
Ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory guidelines
Identify and report damaged or malfunctioning instruments and equipment
Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking sterile supply areas
Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to support daily case flow and equipment needs

Requirements  of the  Travel Sterile Processing Technician:
Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)  or equivalent certification preferred
1.5+ years experience accepted if tertiary experience; 2+ years experience if not
NY State license
