• Deliver and collect patient meal trays.
• Set up tray line stations and follow portion control guidelines.
• Prepare salads, sandwiches, desserts, and restock floor refrigerators as needed.
• Set up beverage carts and assist with special events as assigned.
• Follow diet extensions and food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.
• Clean kitchen areas and sanitize equipment according to policy.
• Sort, store, and handle utensils, food, and supplies properly.
• Operate dish room station; record dishwasher temperatures.
• Ensure work areas are clean and organized before breaks and at the end of the shift.
• Adjust to changing assignments and complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Follow safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Prior food service experience helpful.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and food production equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
