The Senior Network Engineer will play a pivotal role in leading network projects, interfacing with the Project Management Office (PMO), and developing execution plans and documentation. This position requires extensive experience in network engineering, including Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, F5, Cisco switching and routing, and other related duties.

• · Lead network engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• · Interface with the PMO to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• · Develop detailed execution plans, technical documentation, and project reports.
• · Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, F5 load balancers, Cisco switches, and routers.
• · Perform network troubleshooting and optimization to ensure high availability and performance.
• · Work tickets as needed but primarily focus on project leadership duties.
• · Provide solutions to complex network issues and challenges.
• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems.
• · Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers.
• · Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• · Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Formal Education & Certification:

• · Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Similar work experience is acceptable
  · Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Knowledge & Experience:

• · Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on project leadership.· Technical Skills: Proven experience with Palo Alto & Cisco firewalls, F5 load balancers, Cisco switching and routing.
  · Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and best practices.
• · Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• · Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• · Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
• · Serve on an on-call rotation
• · General office environment with low noise levels.
• · Some need work outside of normal business hours as necessitated by work demands.

Compensation and Benefits:

• · Target salary range for this position will be $120,000 to $140,000, depending on qualifications.
• · In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus eligibility with a target payout of 10%, based on company and individual performance
