Primary skills (100%) / experience - JIRA Analysis Technical Writing Excellent English writing & verbal skills Must be comfortable interacting and facilitating discussions with Stakeholders and Project Teams Experience as a Business Analyst or the equivalent
- How are the primary skills / experience applied? - Write requirements, development and support documents. Writing/Verbal and Communication Skills are critical to extracting the information required to achieve the following:
Writes clear workflow documents/emails/presentations Articulates business logic to technical and non-technical partners in a manner they can understand Capturing the needs, goals, and environment of the users of the software and systems

Secondary skills (50%)/ experience
- Clarity Project / task management skills Experience on a Scrum Team Working knowledge of AI or Automation applications
- How are the secondary skills / experience applied? - Demonstrated past success should give the candidate working knowledge of the level of detail required in documentation
