SummaryAs a Logistics Management Trainee you will participate in a 9‑12 month training program focused on on‑the‑job learning, structured foundational training in logistics, and team‑based leadership development. You will gain exposure to multiple customer locations to understand diverse operations and customer focus. Upon program completion, relocation within a specified geographic area may be required to broaden your knowledge and skillset.
Essential Functions- Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations.
- Plan and review, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes to meet company standards and customer service specifications.
- Establish work schedules and procedures; coordinate employee activities to ensure optimal shift and team logistics.
- Accountable for site key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations.
- Meet regularly with team members—both collectively and individually—to monitor progress toward objectives, track performance, and recognize successes.
- Cultivate team spirit through a diversity and inclusion initiative and seek opportunities to improve internal processes.
- Implement health, safety, and security initiatives, practices, and behaviors, ensuring adherence to company rules and policies.
- Analyze account profitability, create customer‑specific reporting, present financial analysis, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
- Learn financial aspects of the role, connect to account stability, and build trust with new hires during onboarding, orientation, and training.

Compensation InformationSalaried: $66,000–$71,000 per year.
