Job Summary:

• This position involves providing primary care in a multi-specialty setting on a contract basis.

• Located in Bethpage, NY, the role requires working 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

• Develop plans based on patient needs and team skill levels.

• Implement organizational programs and procedures.

• Collect data and adjust processes as needed.

• Maintain licensure and participate in ongoing education.

• Teach and support patient self-care management.

• Coordinate outpatient work-up and treatment plans.

• Provide direct care, including wound care and medication administration.

Qualifications:

• Completion of nursing training from an accredited school.

• 1-2 years' experience in Medical Practice/Primary Care, Med Surg, ER, or Occupational Health.

• Current New York State Registered Nurse license.

• Pediatric experience required.
