Schedule:
Monday – Friday, daytime hours
Every other first Saturday of the month: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Position OverviewWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient primary care clinic in Bethpage. This role provides direct clinical support to providers, performs nursing assessments, and manages patient triage in a fast-paced clinic environment serving a diverse patient population.
Many of our patients include individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), making compassion, patience, and strong communication skills essential.
This role is ideal for a
Registered Nurse (RN) seeking an outpatient primary care or clinic nurse position with a stable daytime schedule.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for outpatient primary care patients
- Provide patient triage and respond to clinical inquiries
- Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
- Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Coordinate care with medical providers and behavioral health professionals
- Document patient care in eClinical
Works EMR - Maintain compliance with clinical policies and healthcare regulations
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year RN experience, preferably in an outpatient or physician office setting
- Current BLS certification
- Experience working with patients with I/DD
- Knowledge of physician office or outpatient clinic workflows
- Experience using eClinical
Works (EMR) - Strong patient education and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
