Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Protect company assets and prevent theft through direct observation and CCTV surveillance;
Utilize Loss Prevention reporting and applications (Lane Hawk, Smart Store) to identify and minimize loss and shrink;
Detect and apprehend customers, associates, and vendors for theft;
Maintain security standards and communicate with store management about safety and policy issues;
Provide prompt, courteous service to customers while maintaining a safe shopping environment
