** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Monitor front desk activity and help to deter unauthorized access by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in processes, and maintaining awareness of who enters and exits the location.

+ Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.

+ Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional lobby experience for guests, vendors, and staff in a busy technology, media, and telecommunications location.

+ Document incidents, visitor activity, and other front desk observations in required logs and reports, following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
