School District placements across Long Island

Fee for Service, and/or Full Time opportunities available
Hours:
Monday-Friday, following school calendar (flexible scheduling with FFS)
Compensation: $60-$120/hour (range determined by service provided, professional experience, and license/certifications held)
$1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment with active cases*

- Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
- Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
- Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
- Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
- Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
- Collect data on each IEP goal and report on progress quarterly.
- Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

Background
- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
- Bilingual is a plus.
