Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• Earn $32.92 per hour with overtime after 40 hours

• Deliver medical supplies needed to provide patient care to hospitals and clinics within the greater NYC area
• Unload the trailer using pallet jacks, hand carts, and lift gates
• Average 15 stops per week

• Sunday through Thursday
• 8 pm to 10 pm start time

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Hold or ability to obtain a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card
• 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• English language proficiency required by federal law
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location, complete the Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history), and drug screening
• Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner; accept responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others

• The associate must be able to see and hear. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Move frequently, stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. Regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs (45 kg)
• Operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area
