The casino dealer maintains control of the assigned table game. They ensure quality customer service and a favorable gaming experience for customers.

• Assisting guests with seating and chip distribution.
• Dealing the game and always monitoring the monies on the table.
• Controlling gaming cards and equipment.
• Monitoring customer plays for cheating scams and suspicious variations in play.
• Answering questions about game rules and casino policies.
• Being familiar with Title 31 guidelines and understanding and utilizing suspicious activity reports for casinos (SARC) when necessary.
• Having complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities and assisting as needed.
• Adhering to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empowering and requiring others to do the same.
• Handling routine customer complaints and incidents and exhibiting the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seeking to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail when examining guest identification and behavior.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license.
• High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking.
• Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels.
