Pay Range: $18 - $26
Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5am-5:30pm (36 hour work week plus 4 hour incentive)

Job Responsibilities
- Layout and assemble weldments using hand tools (tape measures, squares, clamps, etc);
- Weld parts per print;
- Operate fork trucks and overhead cranes safely;
- Maintain and utilize lifting / rigging equipment;
- Keep a clean and organized work area;
- Provide feedback for areas of improvement in shop (i.e., workflow efficiency);
- Process work records and / or documentation as required; and
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of welding experience preferred
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent degree required;
- Competent in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
- 2+ years in reading and interpreting blueprints including GD&T;
- Proficient using layout and hand tools (tape measures, scales, calipers, squares, etc.;
- Ability to set various weld parameters per process (MIG, TIG);
- High attention to detail and quality;
- Ability to adequately manage workload under pressure;
- Team player with useful organizational and time management skills;
- Effective communication skills;
- Ability to keep work area clean and organized; and
- Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment, measuring tools, processes / procedures, etc.
- Safety (OSHA, SDS), ANSI (RIA) standards.
- Understand the Company's EH&S Policy and how it relates to this job;
- Be aware of OSHA & EPA laws and regulations as well as company rules and policies that pertain to this job;
- Work in a safe and environmentally friendly manner and observe all company EH&S procedures;
- Immediately notify the supervisor if there is any safety hazard, any equipment not operating correctly or if there are any questions regarding EH&S procedures; and
- Attend required EH&S training.

Be able to climb ladders; lift hand tools up to 40 lbs. consistently, and parts up to 50 lbs. consistently. Repetition with activity.
