Material Handler (A Shift) – Earn Great Bonuses + Work Only 15 Days/Month

• Biannual bonuses (June & December based on performance)

• $500 perfect attendance bonus (twice per year)
• Only work 15 days per month (12-hour shifts)
• Paid time off that increases quickly (1 week year one, 2 weeks year two)

• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Move materials to support production and shipping
• Perform daily equipment checks and battery changes
• Inspect, package, and verify products for accurate shipment
• Lift and handle materials up to 35 lbs consistently
• Complete labels, counts, and paperwork accurately
• Build boxes and assist packing teams as needed

• At least 6 months of forklift experience
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Manufacturing experience is a plus

• A Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour rotating schedule)
• Clean and structured work environment (details provided during tour)
• Attendance matters – consistent reliability is key to success

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bettendorf, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
