Position Responsibilities:

In this position, you'll actively be providing post-anesthesia care at our Crow Valley Surgery Center. You'll assess and evaluate the patient during recovery. This is a hands-on role responsible for making our patients as comfortable as possible during their phase one recovery time in our surgery center. ORA holds all of our staff members accountable for providing high-level care, maintaining patient confidentiality, and complying with all HIPAA rules and regulations.

As a member of our ASC team, you're actively involved in hands-on care that makes a significant difference in the lives of our patients.

Requirements:

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as an active RN license in the state of Iowa. We would prefer previous PACU and/or orthopedic experience, but it is not required. A successful candidate will display excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, a strong ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately, and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients and their families.
