Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Assist in the assessment and monitoring of patients' vital signs and overall health status.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Document and communicate patient information accurately and timely to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
