Oversee planning, implementation, staffing, and tracking for the fulfillment and delivery of the store’s E-commerce orders across departments;
Coordinate and communicate with Aisles Online Manager and department supervisors to ensure smooth order fulfillment;
Monitor online orders for accuracy and timely fulfillment, and address customer service issues;
Manage labor planning and scheduling based on projected orders and store needs;
Train and supervise staff involved in e-commerce operations and TPM processes
