Driven Sales Representative needed for fast paced construction staffing office in the Bettendorf area!

This is a full time, on site B2B Sales Representative role based in the Bettendorf area. The Sales Representative (Project Manager) is responsible for identifying client needs, building and maintaining strong business relationships, and promoting Trillium Construction's staffing services.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new business opportunities, following up on leads, managing, and growing existing accounts, and negotiating service agreements. This role works closely with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction while consistently achieving sales goals.

Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proven track record of success in sales and negotiation
-Experience in business development, account management, or growing a client portfolio is a plus
-Strong communication and relationship building skills
-Self motivated, results driven, and highly organized with strong time management skills
-Comfortable using CRM tools, reporting systems, and basic office software
-Familiarity with the construction and/or staffing industry is a plus
