Integration Technician | Robotics & Automation Systems

We're hiring an Integration Technician to help build and support robotic welding systems and automated manufacturing equipment used by leading manufacturers around the world.

In this role, you'll assemble, wire, test, troubleshoot, and install advanced automation systems while working alongside a team of engineers and skilled technicians. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical or electrical aptitude who wants to grow a long-term career in automation and robotics.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble robotic welding systems and automated manufacturing equipment
  • Perform mechanical assembly, wiring, and electrical installation tasks
  • Use hand tools and power tools to build and install machine components
  • Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and 3D models
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during system assembly and testing
  • Assist with machine setup, testing, and system debugging
  • Update documentation and schematics as systems are completed
  • Help prepare equipment for shipment and customer installation
  • Assist with equipment startup and support at customer locations
  • Work closely with engineers and fellow technicians to complete projects on schedule
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all quality and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
  • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, automation, or a related field
  • Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and systems
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for equipment installations and service support
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Technical school, trade school, or mechatronics education
  • Experience with electrical wiring or panel building
  • Mechanical assembly experience
  • Robotics or automation experience
  • Maintenance technician experience
  • PLC, controls, or robotics knowledge
  • Manufacturing or industrial equipment experience
  • Experience installing or repairing machinery

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
