Are you accurate, service-oriented, and energized by a well-organized administration? Then we are looking for you!
As an HR Administrative, you ensure that our HR administration is always correct, complete, and up-to-date. You support the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, and serve as an important point of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative HR questions. Additionally, you manage our HR systems, including RexxHR, ATOSS, and the intranet.
You will work in an international production environment where collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement are central.
What will you do?
- Manage and process personnel administration.
- Draft employment contracts, contract changes, and other HR documents.
- Handle the onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding of employees.
- Manage and update HR systems, including RexxHR, ATOSS, and the intranet.
- Support payroll administration with accurate personnel data.
- Answer administrative HR questions from employees and managers.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with HR projects.
- Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and systems.
- MBO 4 level of education and thinking, preferably in HRM, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Experience in an administrative HR role.
- Experience with HR systems; knowledge of RexxHR and ATOSS is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- You work accurately, structured, and discreetly.
- You are service-oriented, proactive, and strong in communication.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
- A valid work permit for the Netherlands.
- A fair monthly salary (based on a 36-hour workweek), matching your knowledge and experience.
- A fixed-term contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
