SALARY £32,000 - £40,000 base salary, exclusive of weekend working (OTE including weekends: £46,000)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join our team across the Yorkshire  this role, you will conduct a full range of asbestos surveying duties across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, while delivering expert technical advice and high-quality reporting to our clients.

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors in accordance with HSG
  264 and company procedures.
• Collect accurate site data and safely transport asbestos samples to approved UKAS‑accredited laboratories.
• Complete detailed survey reports and CAD drawings using dedicated software.

• BOHS P402 qualification (or recognised equivalent).
• Proven knowledge and experience in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• High standards of work with a commitment to maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.
