  • Oversee general ledger activity and ensure proper classification and coding of transactions.
  • Perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Oversee daily accounts payable and accounts receivable activity to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform revenue reconciliations, including POS system integrations where applicable.
  • Prepare variance analysis and provide financial insights to leadership regarding location performance and expense trends.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies and procedures.
  • Support internal and external audit processes and assist with lender or regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of accounting processes, systems, and internal controls to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders and location managers to communicate financial results and support business decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of combined public and/or private accounting experience.
  • Experience in multi‑entity or multi‑location accounting environments strongly preferred.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, or service‑based businesses preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas; Power Query a plus).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Dynamics 365, Quick Books, etc.) and financial reporting tools strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal control best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non‑financial stakeholders.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Benefits + Compensation
  • Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K, paid time off, and holidays.
