Position Overview
Family office in Beverly Hills is seeking a Controller to work with the CFO. The Controller will assist with all accounting functions for residential and commercial properties and other business entities.
Responsibilities- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor‑set‑up, lease maintenance, rent statements, and other tasks as directed.
- Accounting degree required.
- Must have an active CPA license.
- Real estate accounting experience.
- Real estate investment accounting experience.
- Big 4 experience is a nice to have; other public accounting experience is acceptable.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Controller or other senior level management position.
- Supervisory experience.
- Strong Excel skills (MS Office Suite).
- Experience with Yardi software.
- Experience with property management software such as Center Soft or other ERP systems.
