LN Concerts, Staff Accountant

Job Summary

Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprising Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. We sell over 620 million tickets annually and promote more than 50,000 events each year for nearly 7,000 artists in 40+ countries.

• Manage cash requests.
• Maintain accurate records and enforce strict internal controls.
• Reconcile production logs, petty cash, and all outgoing/incoming cash requests.
• Review and approve PEX transactions.
• Enforce processes and controls with all staff levels.
• Order and deposit cash.
• Process credit card sales and download Paymentech and Amex reports.
• Download daily cash transactions and track/facilitate cash orders, reconciling on a timely basis.
• Book cash returns and expenses from production floats to shows.
• Book cash orders pushed by corporate at month end to Nor Cal venues for each show.
• Create project numbers for new events in Oracle.
• Complete account reconciliations assigned by supervisor.
• Prepare and record journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Provide audit support as needed.
• Communicate accounts receivable with intercompany departments to ensure monthly clearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Zero to one year of comparable work experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Oracle experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
