The Role

Artist Nation Management Group, LLC, a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking an AR Staff Accountant to perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient processing and maintenance of accounting transactions and related records.

What This Role Will Do
  • Record and track client cash receipts by Company.
  • Maintain revenue tracking schedule.
  • Assist with AR collections; help the team follow up on aged receivables.
  • Assist in analyzing and reconciling Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts.
  • Bank account and or credit card reconciliations.
  • Travel & Entertainment review and reconciliations.
  • Prepare rebill invoices and follow up on collections.
  • Support finance department and maintain accounting records.
  • Preparation and recording of journal entries in Oracle.
  • Preparation of various monthly and quarterly management reports.
  • Assist with monthly close activities.
  • Other duties as needed.
What This Person Will Bring
  • Accounting degree required.
  • Two to four years comparable work experience.
  • Oracle experience a plus.
  • Entertainment industry experience a plus.
  • Self-motivation, possessing a roll up the sleeves attitude and a hands‑on style, as well as the aptitude to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
  • A passion for accomplishment and success and set high standards for performance.
  • Consensus‑driven, yet have the ability to stand his/her ground on issues that are important to the continued success of the organization or even when popular thinking sways otherwise.
  • Superb verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and have outstanding persuasion and presentation skills; be an articulate communicator and good listener.
  • Style that facilitates the sharing of knowledge and the building of teams.
