Our client, a highly confidential private family office in Beverly Hills, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing accounting team. This role is heavily focused on high-volume accounts payable processing, credit card reconciliations, and journal entry preparation while supporting ongoing process improvements and system implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have hands‑on experience with Sage Intacct.

• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform credit card reconciliations and prepare related journal entries.
• Assist with AP account reconciliations and month-end support.
• Enter and maintain journal entries (primarily AP-related; training provided on company‑specific processes).
• Support the implementation and optimization of new Sage Intacct features and workflows.
• Collaborate with the Senior AP Specialist and accounting team to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong experience with credit card reconciliations and AP journal entries.
• Required:
  
  Hands‑on experience with Sage Intacct.
• Experience participating in Sage Intacct implementations, system enhancements, or process improvements is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
