We are partnering with a well-established business management firm serving high-net-worth clients across the entertainment industry. They are looking to add an Account Executive / Bookkeeper to their team.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial activity for a portfolio of clients
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and client financial records
- Process deposits, payments, and wire transfers
- Track cash flow and assist with cash management
- Prepare financial reports and client reporting packages
- Assist with payroll and related financial matters
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other professional advisors
- Support Account Managers and Business Managers with ongoing client needs
- Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or business management experience
- Entertainment business management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines
- Strong communication and client service skills
