Bookkeeper​/Account Executive

We are partnering with a well-established business management firm serving high-net-worth clients across the entertainment industry. They are looking to add an Account Executive / Bookkeeper to their team.

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial activity for a portfolio of clients
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain accurate general ledgers and client financial records
• Process deposits, payments, and wire transfers
• Track cash flow and assist with cash management
• Prepare financial reports and client reporting packages
• Assist with payroll and related financial matters
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and other professional advisors
• Support Account Managers and Business Managers with ongoing client needs

• Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or business management experience
• Entertainment business management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines
• Strong communication and client service skills
