** THE ROLE
** We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Timeline Management LLC, a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment.
** RESPONSIBILITIES
* * Ability to handle large volume of requests via phone, email, mail, and prioritize workload (manage business calendar, schedule internal and external meetings, submit expense reports);

Act as a point of contact between CEO and internal team, clients, and external partners - responsible for information flow, coordination of logistics for meetings, execution of organizational responsibilities, as needed;

Other duties and special projects as assigned Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced and time-sensitive environment as an assistant;

Superior organizational and project management skills with attention to detail;

Strong computer skills including proficiency in Outlook, Adobe, Zoom, Dropbox, Excel, Word, Concur;

Strong verbal and written communication skills;

Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
