Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant for a busy practice in Beverly Hills, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, patient-focused professional who enjoys supporting daily office operations, coordinating appointments, and helping create a smooth, welcoming experience for patients.

The Assistant will play an important role in keeping the practice running efficiently by managing phones, schedules, supplies, files, patient questions, and day-to-day patient flow. This is a strong opportunity for someone with administrative experience in a medical or healthcare setting who values teamwork, professionalism, and a supportive practice environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Direct hire opportunity.

  • Salary range: $58,000 to $62,000 per year.
  • Location:

    Beverly Hills, CA.

For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, Apple One is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
