A well-established, high-growth consumer brand headquartered in Beverly Hills is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic Technology and Digital leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and work closely with senior executives at a company that is a recognized leader in its industry.
The RoleReporting to and supporting three Senior Vice Presidents within the Technology and Digital division, the Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to a high-performing leadership team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain complex calendars for three SVPs, including scheduling internal and external meetings, resolving conflicts, and anticipating needs proactively
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting materials on behalf of the leadership team
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Process and track expense reports and reconciliations
- Support team initiatives, special projects, and departmental priorities as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems, documentation, and records management
- Assist with event coordination, team offsites, and leadership meetings
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior-level leadership, ideally within a corporate or consumer brand environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company is a plus
