E-Commerce & Fulfillment Assistant

, the wellness product division of Barrett Plastic Surgery, is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Fulfillment Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring every order is accurately packed, shipped on time, and delivered with care to our customers. • Manage daily order fulfillment across Shopify, Tik Tok Shop, and Amazon Seller Central.
• Accurately pack and ship customer orders while maintaining high quality control standards.
• Print shipping labels, coordinate carrier pickups, and troubleshoot shipping or delivery issues (lost or damaged packages, address errors, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure orders ship within designated time frames.
• Track, manage, and reorder inventory and packing materials as needed.
• Support supply chain and vendor coordination for restocks or new product launches.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, social channels, and website chat with empathy, professionalism, and brand-aligned tone.
• Resolve order issues quickly and effectively to ensure a 5-star customer experience.
• Collaborate with the team to identify FAQs, create templates, and streamline communication touchpoints.

• Assist with Shopify site updates, including product listings, tags, descriptions, pricing, and collection organization.
• Support the Senior E-Commerce Manager with daily tasks such as pulling performance reports, updating product attributes, and refreshing copy for email and SMS marketing.
• Monitor the online customer experience, flagging friction points or issues impacting conversion.
• Compile and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports across Shopify, Tik Tok, and Amazon to track performance trends.
• Partner with the marketing team to ensure all new campaigns, promotions, and product launches are accurately reflected on-site.

• Assist with giveaways, influencer shipments, and product launch prep.
• Capture simple product photos or short UGC-style videos for email and social campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints.

• 1–2 years of e-commerce, fulfillment, or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Shopify; experience with Amazon Seller Central, Tik Tok Shop, and Pirate Ship is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms (Google Suite, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
