Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager will manage and oversee appraisal projects from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role requires strategic planning, problem‑solving, and close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related role, preferably in a client‑facing or services environment.
- Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end, manage multiple work streams, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders (account teams, analysts, inspectors, engineering, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement scalable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document processes and project status.
- Comfortable escalating risks and issues proactively, with a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Experience using CRM and project tracking tools (Salesforce preferred) with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to analyze information, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with defined processes.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Lead end‑to‑end appraisal projects as well as special projects for process improvements.
- Coordinate inspections, ensuring through documentation and verification.
- Partner closely with account teams, analysts, and inspectors to ensure timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are aligned.
- Identify roadblocks and proactively work across departments to address gaps in resourcing, communication, or process.
- Act as a champion for process improvement – documenting best practices and helping implement efficient workflows.
- Represent the PM team in cross‑functional meetings and elevate risks with solutions in mind.
- Ensure internal tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce) are being used consistently and accurately across the team.
- Provide training and onboarding support to new hires or team members transitioning into new responsibilities.
