Construction Superintendent - OSHPD​/HCAI

Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee construction projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at construction sites for healthcare facilities
• Ensure compliance with OSHPD and HCAI regulations
• Manage subcontractors and construction teams to deliver projects on schedule
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and budgets
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site during construction

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and regulations
• Familiarity with OSHPD and HCAI compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
