We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated OTT Delivery Coordinator to join the OTT team and the broader Multi-Platform Services group. Reporting to the Director of Business Development and based in Los Angeles, the Coordinator role will provide integral support to the OTT team’s efforts in the Linear TV and VOD space. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for film, television, and digital entertainment and is seeking an entry level position to break into the industry.

The Delivery OTT Coordinator will be largely responsible for assisting the OTT team across VOD, FAST, and non-traditional video distribution operations. A keen eye for content, high level of organization, and attention to detail is a must.

The Delivery OTT Coordinator’s responsibilities are as follows:

• Support the OTT team in curation of new TV seasons of digitally native content, including generation of metadata and delivery of series assets to platform partners.
• Schedule content for Studio
  71’s Linear TV channels following established programming calendars
• Assist with editorial optimization for non-traditional distribution assets
• Research and generate reports on Studio
  71’s content library and content performance to assist the OTT team in developing Studio
  71’s distribution strategy
• Support communication efforts between the OTT department and 3rd party platforms & vendors.
• Basic, minor editing of Linear TV content to optimize for ad breaks (no prior editing experience required)
• Assist the OTT department on an ad hoc basis
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Deep Passion for Film/TV/Digital Entertainment and desire for a career in the industry

• Basic knowledge & familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with the overall entertainment landscape, particularly the streaming landscape.
• Experience working with digital content and/or content creators
• Must be detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work well independently to meet deadlines

Salary Range: $18 to $20 hourly
