Coordinator - Client Relations Center

Summary

Onsite Client Relations Center Coordinator supporting Hermès.com and flagship boutique clients via phone, email, and live chat. Serves as the primary point of contact for eCommerce client inquiries, upholding luxury service standards while managing orders and resolving delivery issues. Works closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and an elevated client experience.

• Answer phone, email and live chat inquiries with a professional and brand‑aligned tone
• Place online orders, follow up on pending orders, and resolve delivery issues related to eCommerce
• Respond to client voicemails and manage case follow‑up until resolution
• Collaborate with internal partners and US boutiques to resolve complex client requests
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to company policies, and protect client data
• Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to foster long‑term client loyalty

• Open availability Monday through Sunday with flexibility to meet business needs
• 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience, internships applicable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail
• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high‑end customer service
• Familiarity with CRM systems, call center software, and Microsoft Excel and Word
• Multilingual skills are a plus and ability to handle complex requests with discretion
