GEARYS Beverly Hills is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a temporary assignment. Hours start part-time in September/October and transition to full-time through mid-January, up to 6 days per week, including some Sundays and the holiday season through Christmas.
The role handles orders, returns, back orders, complaints, damage claims, and general customer inquiries in person, online, and by phone or email, aiming for seamless service and accuracy.
