SMH Innovations is recruiting a Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, outpatient-only opportunity with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving diverse communities across Los Angeles County.

• 100% Outpatient Primary Care

• Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• No nights, no weekends, no call

• patients per day

• Team-based care model with strong clinical support

Multiple sites across the greater Los Angeles area, including:

• Downtown Los Angeles

• Bell / Huntington Park

• Hawthorne

• Harbor City

• Wilmington

(Sites located within South Los Angeles and the South Bay/Harbor region.)
