Surgical Physician Assistant (PA-C) | Full-Time or Part-Time

An exciting opportunity is available to join a private surgical practice in West Los Angeles. This role offers the chance to work closely with an experienced surgeon in a high-quality setting that combines both outpatient clinic and inpatient/OR responsibilities. Flexible scheduling options are available, with an anticipated start date of ASAP.

• First assist in the operating room (neurosurgery experience preferred; all surgical specialties considered)
• Evaluate and manage patients independently in clinic (pre‑op, post‑op, and selected new patient visits)
• Round on inpatient postoperative patients
• Maintain reasonable patient volume with strong work‑life balance
• Collaborate directly with the surgeon in a growing private practice setting

• Base salary: $180,000 – $200,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

• California PA license (or eligible)
• New graduates welcome (1–2 years of surgical experience preferred but not required)

• Must live in or be willing to relocate to the West Los Angeles area
