An exciting opportunity is available to join a private surgical practice in West Los Angeles. This role offers the chance to work closely with an experienced surgeon in a high-quality setting that combines both outpatient clinic and inpatient/OR responsibilities. Flexible scheduling options are available, with an anticipated start date of ASAP.
Position Overview- First assist in the operating room (neurosurgery experience preferred; all surgical specialties considered)
- Evaluate and manage patients independently in clinic (pre‑op, post‑op, and selected new patient visits)
- Round on inpatient postoperative patients
- Maintain reasonable patient volume with strong work‑life balance
- Collaborate directly with the surgeon in a growing private practice setting

Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $180,000 – $200,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

- California PA license (or eligible)
- New graduates welcome (1–2 years of surgical experience preferred but not required)

- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the West Los Angeles area
