Cross Country Education is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIIs) to provide one‑on‑one support that helps K‑12 students build confidence, develop positive behaviours, and succeed in classrooms throughout Beverly Hills, CA.
Position Overview- Provide one‑on‑one behavioural support to K‑12 students, implementing individualized behaviour intervention plans to promote academic, social, and emotional success.
- Support students in developing positive behavioural, communication, and self‑regulation skills while fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress and implement effective behavioural strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and respond appropriately to behavioural situations using approved intervention techniques and established protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience supporting K‑12 students with behavioural needs in a school or paediatric setting
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Experience with Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) preferred
- Competitive Pay:
