Join one of Los Angeles's premier private education companies.
At The Ladder Method, we provide in-person academic support and study skills coaching to some of West Los Angeles's most driven and accomplished families. We're known for delivering exceptional, deeply personalized support — the kind that meets each student exactly where they are. Our clients expect excellence, and we hold ourselves to that same standard every day.
We believe great educators do more than teach content. They build confidence, spark curiosity, and help students find their own rhythm as learners — developing the habits and mindset that carry them well beyond the classroom. Our mission is to help students thrive academically while building the kind of balance and self-direction that leads to lasting success.
Just as we invest deeply in our students, we invest in our educators. We're proud to bring together a team of talented, passionate professionals who are committed to growth — both their students' and their own — and who genuinely care about the client experience they create.
As we continue to grow across the Los Angeles area, we're looking for experienced educators to join our team of Academic Coaches.
