Reports To:

Executive Producer / Head of Production, Meme House

About Meme House

Meme House is a cultural engine built at the intersection of live media, creators, and modern digital culture. We operate creator spaces, live productions, short‑form media, and real‑world events, all powered by a large inventory of high‑value production equipment and digital assets. Meme House runs:

  • Multi‑million‑dollar creator content spaces (e.g., studios and experience hubs).
  • A live‑streaming and production ecosystem that powers In Real Life (IRL) streaming and long‑form content on platforms such as Twitch, You Tube, and X.com.

We’re building the future of livestream‑first culture, and we’re looking for a Line Producer to own the financial and operational backbone of our productions from concept to delivery.

Role overview

As Line Producer at Meme House, you will be the primary operational lead for one or more ongoing shows or production slates, responsible for budget, schedule, logistics, and day‑to‑day execution. You’ll partner with producers, directors, and creator teams to ensure that Meme House’s content is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand across all platforms. You’ll manage prep, shoot, and post‑production workflows for live, live‑to‑tape, and short‑form formats, translating creative vision into practical plans and clear, actionable plans for crews and departments.

This role is ideal if you thrive in fast‑moving, creator‑driven environments where schedules and priorities shift quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Pre‑production planning & budgeting
    • Work with producers and executives to build realistic production budgets, breaking down all line‑item costs (crew, equipment, locations, talent, travel, etc.).
    • Create and maintain production schedules, including shoots, tapings, live events, and post‑production timelines, adjusting as needed for creator availability and platform demands.
    • Oversee crew hiring, vendor negotiations, locations, equipment rentals, and crew travel, ensuring all are covered within budget and in compliance with labor and safety standards.
  • Production operations & daily management
    • Serve as the day‑to‑day lead on set and in the studio, coordinating with the 1st AD, directors, department heads, and creator teams to keep shoots running smoothly.
    • Manage call sheets, show rundowns, shoot schedules, and on‑air deadlines, communicating changes clearly to all stakeholders.
    • Oversee equipment, set dressing, security, catering, and on‑set logistics to ensure a safe, efficient, and high‑quality production environment.
  • Post‑production and delivery
    • Track edit, graphics, sound, and VFX progress against approved budgets and delivery windows, working with post‑production supervisors and editors.
    • Ensure all content is delivered on time and in the correct technical formats for Twitch, You Tube, X.com, and other platforms.
    • Manage wrap documentation, paperwork, invoices, and reconciliation to close out each production cleanly and accurately.
  • Compliance, safety, and administration
    • Ensure all productions comply with safety regulations, insurance requirements, labor laws, and studio protocols.
    • Oversee permits, releases, location agreements, and certificates of insurance (COIs) for crew, talent, guests, and contributors.
    • Maintain clear records of POs, petty cash, travel spend, and vendor contracts and reconcile expenses against approved budgets.
  • Creative‑operational partnership
    • Act as the liaison between creative leadership and crew, balancing vision, budget, and scheduling realities in a creator‑centric environment.
    • Help identify and solve logistical or financial roadblocks so that creators and editorial teams can focus on storytelling and performance.
    • Be flexible and proactive in a fast‑paced, IRL‑focused studio, where priorities can change mid‑shoot or mid‑stream.
Qualifications
  • Minimum requirements
    • 3–5 years of experience as a Line Producer, Production Manager, or Unit Production Manager in TV, streaming, digital media, or creator‑driven production environments.
    • Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, crews, and vendors for…
