Account Executive, Entertainment Marketing & Advisory

Overview

WME is seeking an Account Executive to join the Entertainment Marketing and Advisory team. The role focuses on talent and influencer partnerships and strategy for WME’s brand clients.

• Support the day-to-day execution and management of entertainment and talent partnerships, from strategy and vetting to procurement, terms review, relationship management, on-site execution, and asset approvals.
• Research, vet, and identify talent, creators, entertainment properties, and partnership opportunities aligned with client objectives.
• Assist in planning and execution of customized talent and entertainment programs that meet client goals.
• Coordinate program deliverables with talent representatives, managers, publicists, clients, vendors, agency partners, networks, studios, and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with talent representatives, managers, publicists, and other industry partners.
• Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to brand clients, vendors and other parties involved in activations.
• Manage internal tracking documents and monthly client reports.
• Support the team with research requests, generate meeting agendas, coordinate scheduling, capture meeting notes, and support overall team organization.
• Monitor entertainment industry news, talent activity, creator trends, and announcements to identify partnership opportunities.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of talent agency (preferred) or entertainment marketing or industry experience.
• Experience supporting celebrity/music/digital talent and influencer partnerships or other meaningful clients in the entertainment space.
• Strong project management skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, solutions‑oriented, and ability to multi‑task.
• Detail‑oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow‑through.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Dependable, proactive, desire to learn; transferrable skills are highly considered, even if you do not meet all requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Passion for talent, entertainment, influencer marketing, and pop culture.

• Base salary range: $56,250 – $75,000 annually.
