About the Role

This role is part of the Shared Services Accounting team and is responsible for supporting a broad range of accounting functions across the organizations. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely processing of transactions, and consistent application of accounting policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple accounting responsibilities.

Lincolnwood Capital LLC is a family office that was started in 2017 to support 2 entrepreneurs, one in Beverly Hills and another in Israel. The family office is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. We manage finances and investments which include investment tracking, tax planning, financial statement preparation. We are the daily point of contact for the family to handle any requests and concerns they may have.

IJW Whiskey Company LLC is a vertically integrated spirits producer with operations in Kentucky and Beverly Hills. IJW Whiskey has products with national distribution and is expanding globally in 2026.

Responsibilities :

• Perform month-end close duties for multiple company entities including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, and on multiple entities and research unexpected variances.
• Prepare schedules and reconcile various Balance Sheet accounts
• Forward finalized monthly Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Budget vs. Actual reports to Controller for review and general circulation.
• Prepare and maintain the compliance calendar.
• Ensure timely payment of all LP, LLC and other entity related fees and tax payments.
• Ensure that all Personal property and business, City and County taxes are prepared and filed on a timely basis.
• Roll up schedules and entries for contributions and distributions to the capital accounts.
• Roll up schedules and entries for retained earnings balances to Accumulative Income account for the Trust entities and to capital accounts for LLC entities.
• Update Investment Holding to agree with financial reports after booking all AJEs for entity permanent files.
• Oversee and prepare annual 1099 reporting and filings.
• Reconcile and enter credit cards into Quickbooks
• Track all cap calls and distributions from emails
• Manage Accounts Payable function disbursement and Cash transactions
• Provide strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles with a strong understanding of internal controls
• Complete ad-hoc projects and analysis
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficient in Quickbooks
• 4+ years of experience in Accounting, preferably in a family office with hands on experience
• Advanced Excel skills (including v-lookups and pivot tables)
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Must be detail-oriented and deadline driven
