This position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. Upon offering, the candidate will train at a financial center and may subsequently relocate to another center within a reasonable commuting distance, subject to applicable law.
Location:
Financial Center (location to be determined).
- Recommend financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
- Analyze client financial needs and apply knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend alternative or additional financial services that best align with the client's unique priorities.
- Connect with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conduct consistent follow‑up routines to meet client needs.
- Make decisions on client requests and refer to appropriate internal partners based on client needs.
- Partner with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to associates during meetings, assisting with team delivery of an exceptional client experience.
- Demonstrated experience and proven success with business‑to‑business sales and/or small business banking.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively influence clients.
- Effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end‑to‑end experience and problem resolution.
- Proven sales track record.
- Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
- Experience with outbound phone sales.
- Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
- Experience with in‑person customer service and sales.
- Experience working with small business clients.
- Experience meeting or exceeding goals.
- Working knowledge of small business products and services.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift and HoursShift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.
Compensation and BenefitsHourly pay range: $26.00 - $33.72, based on experience, education, and skill set. Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan with monthly, quarterly, and/or annual opportunities.
