Based in Detroit & Miami, REO Capital is a capital raising firm for hedge funds and private equity funds. We provide capital raises to established and emerging funds.

You can work from any location in the USA.

REO Capital offers extensive services including financial modeling, market analysis, portfolio valuations, corporate valuations, legal documents, PPMs, and investor presentations. The firm focuses on capital raising for private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds.

• A college degree with finance and marketing concentrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to conduct financial analysis and financial modeling.
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills.
• High motivation and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience in various sectors; financial analysis is a plus.
• Experience with private equity, VC, and hedge funds.

• Assist in executing the firm’s capital‑raising transactions with marketing.
• Perform due diligence, credit analysis, and financial analysis on PE funds.
• Prepare documents, marketing materials, and memorandums.
• Research PE funds and hedge funds capital‑raising projects.
• Conduct outbound calls to raise capital for funds.
• Identify funds that need a capital raise.
• Analyze financial models on PPMs submitted by private equity firms.

Base salary of $24,000 annually, bonuses up to $200,000, a $25,000 profit‑sharing bonus, and a bonus per referred fund. Total potential earnings can reach $245,000 per year.
